Joaquin Valley APCD presents the latest issues facing the District,
developers and business when it comes to forecasting (modeling) the
impacts of a project within the Valley. Which models are

covered by Mr. Villalvazo who is well-known at the District for being
extremely knowledgeable and resourceful when it comes to the highly
technical practice of emissions modeling.
