Join us in February as Leland Villalvazo from the San Joaquin Valley APCD presents the latest issues facing the District, developers and business when it comes to forecasting (modeling) the impacts of a project within the Valley.  Which models are appropriate? Which models are the best? Which models are coming and which ones are going?  These questions and many more will be covered by Mr. Villalvazo who is well-known at the District for being extremely knowledgeable and resourceful when it comes to the highly technical practice of emissions modeling.
