No Show Policy: As we must guarantee attendance to the facility and food orders 24 hours in advance, no-shows may be billed for the event unless 24 hour notice is given. Cancellations must be received by email at our general email address (info@awma-goldenempire.org) at least 24 hours before the event. However, alternates may be substituted.
